Job summary

Nusummit Technologies is seeking a capable technical support professional to manage and troubleshoot applications and systems in our Chennai operations. You will handle Linux, SQL, and Oracle related issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build automation scripts.

The role requires ITIL process awareness and participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience providing technical support for applications and systems.
• Familiarity with SQL/Oracle databases and Linux environments.
• Exposure to ITIL-based incident, problem and change management.
