Job summary

ROHDE & SCHWARZ Bengaluru is seeking a capable IT operations professional to operate and support enterprise applications across Linux and Windows, ensuring availability, stability, and performance of production systems.

You will monitor applications and platforms, handle incidents and problems per SLAs, perform cross-stack troubleshooting, automate recurring tasks, support containerized apps including Kubernetes, and collaborate with team leads, developers, and external partners on deployments,

Qualifications

• Operate and support enterprise applications in Linux and Windows environments.
• Ensure availability, stability, and performance of production systems.
• Monitor applications and platforms; handle incidents and problems according to SLAs.
• Perform troubleshooting across application, OS, and platform layers.
• Identify and automate recurring operational tasks using scripting and standard tools.
• Leverage advanced / AIOps-enabled monitoring features to improve operational efficiency and incident prevention.
• Support containerized applications, including Kubernetes operations.
• Work closely with the Team Manager, development, infrastructure, and external partners.
• Support application-related activities such as deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
