StyleNow is StyleBuddy's consumer fashion app, using AI to help users discover fashion, find their style and shop smarter.

We're looking for a hands-on App Growth Marketer to own user acquisition, engagement and retention and help us scale StyleNow.

Based in Delhi or Bangalore, you will drive campaigns across Meta, Google, ASO and app analytics and collaborate with product, design and tech teams to optimize the app experience and growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in app growth, performance marketing or growth marketing.
• Proven experience growing a consumer mobile app.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, ASO and app analytics.
• Data-driven with strong creative and experimentation skills.
• Comfortable executing campaigns yourself — not just managing agencies.
• Experience in consumer internet, ecommerce, fashion, lifestyle or D2C is a strong plus.
• Highly proactive, entrepreneurial and comfortable in a fast-moving startup.
• Based in Delhi or Bangalore and willing to work from the office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Track and improve CPI, CAC, retention, ROAS, LTV and other growth metrics.
• Work closely with product, design and tech teams to improve the app experience and growth.
