Job summary

Team4 Life Spaces (elite) Llp in Hyderabad seeks a Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager for MEP Planning to lead planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of MEP works on premium residential projects.

You will manage interfaces with Civil, Structural, Architectural, and procurement teams, review drawings and BOQs, and ensure on-time delivery with quality and compliance standards. 8–10 years' experience and hands-on Mivan knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience in high-rise residential construction.
• Hands-on experience in Mivan Construction Technology is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor MEP project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Develop WBS, WPS, project milestones, and MPDS.
• Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Architectural, Procurement, QS, and Site teams.
• Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and specifications before execution.
• Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure timely procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise MEP execution.
• Prepare DPR/WPR/MPR and MIS reports.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and handover.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP Planning & Execution professional to manage planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of MEP works for high-rise residential projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor MEP project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Develop WBS, WPS, project milestones, and Master Project Delivery Schedule (MPDS).
• Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Architectural, Procurement, QS, and Site teams.
• Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and specifications before execution.
• Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure timely procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise MEP execution.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR) and MIS reports.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover.
• Support manpower planning, resource allocation, and value engineering initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems in high-rise residential projects.
• Expertise in Project Planning, Scheduling, WBS, WPS, and MPDS.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of QA/QC standards, project documentation, and construction sequencing.

Preferred Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in High-Rise Residential Construction (Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in Mivan Construction Technology is mandatory.
• Experience with reputed residential real estate developers is preferred.
