Job summary

Repplen Projects Private Limited is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to plan, coordinate and supervise MEP works for high-rise building projects. You will lead electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting and other services, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of hands-on experience in construction site execution, strong project management and team leadership skills, and a BE or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Manager to manage and coordinate MEP services for high-rise building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in managing MEP works at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise MEP works for high-rise building projects.
  
• Manage the execution of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and other MEP services.
  
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical requirements.
  
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Civil, QA/QC, Planning, Procurement, and subcontractor teams.
  
• Monitor site execution to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
  
• Ensure MEP works are completed within the approved project schedule, budget, and quality standards .
  
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, vendors, and subcontractors for technical requirements.
  
• Monitor material requirements, procurement, delivery, and utilization at site.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
  
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, codes, and statutory requirements.
  
• Review testing and commissioning activities and ensure proper handover of MEP systems.
  
• Prepare and review progress reports, material statements, and other project-related documentation.
  
• Lead and guide MEP engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
