Job summary

Team4 LifeSpaces is seeking an experienced MEP Planning & Execution professional to manage planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of MEP works for high-rise residential projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with project standards.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in high-rise residential construction and hands-on Mivan construction technology, with strong expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in High-Rise Residential Construction (Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in Mivan Construction Technology is mandatory.
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor MEP project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Develop WBS, WPS, project milestones, and Master Project Delivery Schedule (MPDS).
• Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Architectural, Procurement, QS, and Site teams.
• Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and specifications before execution.
• Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure timely procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise MEP execution.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR) and MIS reports.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover.
• Support manpower planning, resource allocation, and value engineering initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems in high-rise residential projects.
• Expertise in Project Planning, Scheduling, WBS, WPS, and MPDS.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of QA/QC standards, project documentation, and construction sequencing.

Preferred Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in High-Rise Residential Construction (Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in Mivan Construction Technology is mandatory.
• Experience with reputed residential real estate developers is preferred.
