Job summary

Artech L.L.C. is seeking an experienced payroll/operations professional to deliver accurate, end-to-end APAC payroll processing in close partnership with regional payroll teams, HR, Finance, and vendors.

You will own SOPs and dashboards, identify automation opportunities, and drive scalable solutions across SAP Payroll, Workday, and Oracle HCM, while coaching teams and aligning stakeholders with best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of operations experience across Payroll/Benefits/Taxation, including hands‑on exposure to automation/robotics and business process analysis with a proven record of delivering process improvements and automation projects
• Experience with multinational payroll operations and accounting; extensive knowledge of SAP Payroll or other payroll ERPs (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM); familiarity with project management practices
• Proven ability to map and analyze current‑state and design future‑state processes; experience with process improvement methodologies and people/process management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., advanced formulas, pivot tables; macros/VBA preferred)
• Ability to validate and govern automated workflows, rule engines, data quality controls, and exception handling mechanisms
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across HR, Finance, Technology, and external vendors
• High attention to detail; analytical mindset with the ability to probe business rules and reconcile variances
• Creative problem‑solver who proposes innovative, logical solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coach, train, and support team members
