Job summary

Carrier is seeking an experienced payroll specialist in Hyderabad to manage Singapore payroll and related HR IT interfaces. You will liaise with internal partners and external vendors, ensuring accurate payroll processing per the defined calendar.

The role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency with SAP and Workday integrations, plus knowledge of local payroll laws. Expatriate payroll and year-end submissions are included.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years payroll experience in Singapore payroll and/or HR IT.
• SAP preferred with knowledge of Workday and associated integrations.
• ACE Associate within a year of hire or notification under new job framework.
• Progressive analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Working knowledge of country and localized payroll legislation.
• Local legislation knowledge.
• Working knowledge of International Assignees.
