Job summary

Erbity in Bengaluru seeks engineers to work on Android Framework and HAL, delivering production-ready Android systems. You will build and customize Android Framework components, debug complex platform issues, and collaborate with platform and BSP teams to ensure robust Android experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3–8 years of hands-on Android Framework experience, deep knowledge of Android architecture, and strong Java skills, with C/C++ as a plus. Automotive Infotainment experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years hands-on Android Framework (AOSP) experience.
• In-depth understanding of Android Framework architecture and HAL.
• Ability to independently debug complex platform-level issues.
• Experience with CTS/VTS validation and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with Android SEPolicy and Board Configuration.
• Proficient in Java; C/C++ knowledge is a strong plus.
• Automotive Infotainment experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Requirements

You're the Right Fit If You

• Write clean Java code, with C/C++ knowledge being a strong plus.
• Bring Automotive Infotainment experience (great to have, not mandatory).
