Job summary

Innominds Software in Bengaluru (Hybrid) is seeking a Lead Android Engineer to drive Android AOSP work across platform and framework layers. You will own OS upgrade activities, guide architecture decisions, and mentor engineers on complex system components.

The role demands deep expertise in AOSP, Java/Kotlin and C/C++, build systems, and debugging with logcat. You will collaborate with BSP, hardware, and middleware teams to deliver robust Android solutions and influence the long-term platform

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Android AOSP.
• Deep understanding of Android Platform & Framework architecture.
• Solid experience with AIDL, HIDL, and Project Treble concepts.
• Proven experience in Android OS upgrades and new Android releases.
• Strong programming expertise in: Java/Kotlin, C / C++.
• Good understanding of Android build system (Soong/Make).
• Strong debugging skills using logcat, dumpsys, native debugging tools.
