Job summary

DBS India in Rajamundri invites an experienced sales leader to drive Consumer LAP business across branches. You will recruit and train DSTs, map catchments, and push cross-sell within the existing base while expanding LAP product uptake.

You will own P&L for Consumer LAP across assigned branches and ensure profitability and portfolio quality. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in sourcing business loans or loan against property, with 3–5 years in team leadership, and a graduation/post-graduation

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in sourcing Business Loans / Loan against Property / MSME business.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in team handling.

Catchment mapping to each of the DST’s is an important activity. Ensure productivity from DST’s and drive Consumer LAP business from Branch Banking channel. Also responsible for cross selling to the existing base and cross selling other bank products to the new customers.
