Job Highlights

• Responsible and accountable for functional and technical support of global applications, including SAP S4HANA SAP Public CLOUD ERP and non-SAP applications.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring timely delivery of solutions and guiding functional development.
• Manage incidents, change requests, and enhancements for procurement and asset management processes.
• Ensure smooth operation of procurement and asset management processes in SAP systems, prioritizing issues related to bugs, performance, and process gaps.
• Collaborate closely with other SAP and non-SAP teams.
• Plan, allocate resources, and execute functional and technical implementations, ensuring scalable design, delivery excellence, and stakeholder alignment.
• Establish collaboration with global IT stakeholders to define skill development plans and ensure timely completion and measurable impact of training programs for assigned teams.
• Set targets for the team, conduct periodic performance reviews, and manage annual appraisal cycles with a focus on fairness, development, and results alignment.
• Manage timesheet compliance, team budgeting, and annual merit/promotion cycles, ensuring accurate tracking, cost efficiency, and fair recognition of performance and potential.
• Recruit, onboard, and integrate new hires into global teams, ensuring smooth transition, role clarity, and early engagement for accelerated contribution.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Engineering
• 10+ years of work experience
• Ability to manage support and development teams, stakeholder expectations, and coordinate with IT and business.
• Experience in change management, training, and documentation.
• SAP certification in: S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement (or MM), S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, Sourcing and Procurement, PM and PS, or other relevant training such as SAP Learning Journeys, openSAP.
• Strong IT background.
• Experience with S/4HANA procurement processes (direct and indirect purchasing, external service & service entry sheet functions, maintenance related purchasing) and familiarity with Fiori apps related to source-to-pay.
• Experience working in an international environment with global IT experts and business stakeholders.
