Alstom invites applications for a full-time Level 2 Engineer in Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) to support Office 365 services and mobile device management. You will collaborate with UCC Level 3, Networking, and Service Now teams to troubleshoot issues, ensure operational excellence, and drive service improvements.

You will handle troubleshooting for mobile devices and Office 365, deliver quality end-user support, and contribute to health checks and knowledge sharing with the Service

Formación

• Degree in Engineering (B.E, B-Tech)
• 4–6 years’ experience supporting Intune and other MDM services
• Experience with Intune, MDM, MCM, and MAM administration
• Knowledge of conditional access policy deployment and application protection
• Experience with Apple Business Manager enrollment and Android devices

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.

You’ll ensure operational excellence for Office 365 services, impacting the productivity of our global workforce. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (UCC & AD L3 team, Networking, Service Now, Incident Management), coordinate with internal and external partners, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of troubleshooting and managing mobile devices and applications, but also drive service improvement initiatives.

We’ll look to you for:

Effective coordination with UCC Level 3, Service Desk, and Local Support

Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues with mobile devices and Office 365 services

Delivering high-quality customer service to Alstom End users

Driving efficiency and reducing the number of incidents and service requests

Providing technical knowledge sessions to Service Desk and Local support teams

Performing system health checks and reporting

Degree in Engineering (B.E, B-Tech)

Experience of 4-6 years supporting Intune and other MDM services

• Knowledge of MDM, MCM, and MAM Administration
• Knowledge in compliance policy and configuration policy deployment
• Good understanding of conditional access policy.
• Application protection and configuration knowledge.
• Knowledge in managing Apple Business manager enrolment.
• Android ZTE , Dedicated Devices and Work Profile enrolment knowledge.
• Handson knowledge in managing ENTRA groups and Identities.
• Familiarity with mobile device troubleshooting and enterprise application distribution
• A certification in a relevant field is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
