The role requires ITIL certification, 6+ years in configuration management and IT project/team leadership, and strong communication skills across dispersed teams.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and governance of our configuration management database (CMDB), which serves as the single source of truth for our global IS&T operations. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including service owners, application owners, architects, and IS&T Directors, to enhance processes, implement automation, and ensure alignment with Alstom’s global strategy. You’ll also drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of digital transformation within the IS&T organization.
You’ll specifically take care of maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, but also defining and implementing a robust configuration management governance model.
