You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless endpoint management across the globe, contributing to the efficiency and security of our operations. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Technical SPOCs, service owners, architects), design and deploy solutions using SCCM and Intune, and develop high‑quality support services, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of designing, updating, testing, and releasing Autopilot PCs, but also managing global processes and being available for on‑call emergency situations.

JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to Head Of Head EUC Imaging and Apps, you will be in charge of Endpoint management activities across the globe.

Experience in the design and deployment of the following technologies: SCCM, Microsoft Windows 10, Enterprise Mobility + Security (Intune), Autopilot.

• Expertise in packaging, repackaging and automating software installations for a range of Windows desktop software using software packaging technologies
• Good logical diagnostic skills; ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues such as file and registry‑related application problems on Windows operating systems
• In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems with particular emphasis on Windows 10 and Windows 7. Supports the development and verification of test methods in support of all applications
• Develops detailed test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition, needed to perform the test and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan
• Should be good in troubleshooting application and SOE related issues and provide analysis and quick resolution
• Should be able to handle test and release of applications
• Should have a good knowledge in Software distribution using SCCM/Intune
• Responsible for deploying of SCCM with CO management
• Technical and Professional Expertise Ability to Package, Stage and Deploy application using SCCM/Intune. Monitor the SNOW ticket queues, troubleshoot and resolve tickets
• Knowledge on Windows servicing Windows as a service, Cloud‑based endpoint management workloads. Create Low‑Level Design Documents, Technical Documentation and Report Creation for multiple workplace services
• Contribute to New SOE Builds/migration and upgrades, Work closely with Technical SPOCS, Service owners and also with architects to integrate with other technology solutions
• Maintain and enhance engagement with business, IT partners, and other stakeholders for Application management activities
• Knowledge in PowerShell scripting for automating daily system administration tasks is preferred. Previous experience in a similar role, supporting a 24x7 corporate level business service including Executive level end users whenever required
• Work closely with Technical SPOCS, Service owners and also with architects to integrate with other technology solutions
• Maintain and enhance engagement with business, IT partners, and other stakeholders for endpoint management activities
• Knowledge in PowerShell scripting for automating daily system administration tasks is preferred
• Flexibility in managing global processes and being available on‑call for emergency situations at all times
• Develop and implement high quality support services, knowledge base content, best practices and methodologies
• Excellent Communication skills; both oral and written, Have efficient time management, attention to detail and critical thinking skills
