Job summary

Unitedlex India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Analyst for HR Onboarding to manage global onboarding, background verification, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. The role ensures a smooth, compliant onboarding experience for new hires.

You will work with HRIS/HRMS tools (PeopleSoft, SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion), coordinate joiner communications, and support process automation while maintaining accuracy in HR operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with global onboarding and background verification (BGV) processes.
• Proficiency with HRIS/HRMS systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, SuccessFactors or Oracle Fusion.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage global onboarding and BGV processes aligned with standards.
• Ensure timely communication with joiners and internal teams for a seamless onboarding.
• Provide support to new hires during onboarding for a positive experience.
• Maintain compliance and accuracy in employee documentation and verification.
• Support global compliance activities including I-9 and Right to Work verifications.
• Maintain records and workflows using HRIS/HRMS tools (Peoplesoft, SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion).
• Participate in process automation, digitalization, and simplification to improve efficiency.

Overall, Purpose of the Job

To ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for new employees by managing onboarding, background verification, documentation, and stakeholder coordination while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage global onboarding and BGV processes in alignment with organizational standards.
• Ensure timely communication with joiners and internal teams to provide a seamless onboarding experience.
• Provide support to new hires during onboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in employee documentation and verification processes.
• Support global compliance activities including I-9 verification, Right to Work verification, and other HR-related documentation and activities.
• Maintain accurate records and workflows using HRIS/HRMS tools (Peoplesoft, SAP, Success Factor, Oracle Fusion, etc.).
• Actively participate in process automation, digitalization, and simplification projects to enhance efficiency.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS tools.
• Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks within defined TAT.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
