Job summary

SmartStream in Maharashtra, India seeks a data and process specialist to maintain static data and rates, monitor SLAs, and manage exceptions within SmartStream's data workflow. You will investigate data issues, liaise with brokers and banks, and ensure timely resolution for all client files.

The role focuses on derivatives and trade lifecycle expertise, strong numeracy, and problem solving, with heavy use of Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of Investment Banking products predominantly Derivatives.
• Sound knowledge of the Trade Lifecycle.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Analytic problem solving skills.
• Good numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain static data and rates according to process and procedure.
• Meet Service Level Agreement targets.
• Work on SmartStream's Transactions, Fees Cost and Invoice Management solution ensuring all service level agreements are met.
• Use the SmartStream solution to match client data and highlight any exceptions.
• Raising data exceptions and managing the investigation process to completion.
• Prioritising work to ensure all SLA's are adhered too.
• Keeping the client fully informed of progress and liaising with brokers & banks to close any issues.
