Job summary

SmartStream in Bengaluru, India is seeking a data and process analyst to maintain static data and rates, ensure SLAs, and use the SmartStream toolkit to match client data and highlight exceptions.

You will raise data exceptions, manage investigation to completion, prioritise work to meet SLA targets, and liaise with brokers and banks to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of Investment Banking products predominantly Derivatives.
• Sound knowledge of the Trade Lifecycle.
• Analytic problem solving skills.
• Good numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain static data and rates according to process and procedure.
• Meet Service Level Agreement targets.
• Work on SmartStream's Transactions, Fees Cost and Invoice Management solution ensuring all service level agreements are met.
• Use the Smartstream solution to match client data and highlight any exceptions.
• Raising data exceptions and managing the investigation process to completion.
• Prioritising work to ensure all SLA's are adhered too.
• Keeping the client fully informed of progress and liaising with brokers & banks to close any issues.
