Job summary

Mirafra Technologies in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Analog/Mixed-Signal Layout Engineer with 6–9 years in the field. You will drive layout development for automotive DC-DC converters, with emphasis on BCD technology, routing, and sign-off from schematic to layout.

You will work closely with design teams to optimize LVS/DRC checks, EM, IR drop, and parasitics, ensuring robust high-performance analog blocks.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of industry experience in Mixed-Signal Layout Design.
• Experience in DC-DC Converter Layout Development for automotive applications.
• Strong experience in BCD Technology.
• Hands-on Analog Layout Design from schematic with routing and PVS.

Responsibilities

• Routing of analog layouts and ensuring physical verification & sign-off.
• Conduct LVS/DRC layout checks and debug issues.
• Ensure matching, EM, ESD and latch-up considerations in layout.
• Collaborate with design teams to resolve technical issues.

• Hands-on experience in Analog Layout Design from schematic, including:
  • Routing
  • Physical verification & sign-off
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in LVS, DRC, and other layout checks
• Good understanding of Analog Layout fundamentals, including:
  • Matching
  • Electromigration (EM)
  • ESD & Latch-up
  • Shielding, coupling & crosstalk
  • IR-drop
  • Active & passive parasitic devices
• Familiarity with EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso Editor & Calibre
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to resolve technical issues professionally
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
