Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a skilled professional to serve as the primary technical interface between Airbus and airline customers for In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) and connectivity systems.

You will resolve in-service technical issues, analyse customer queries with Airbus manuals, and coordinate with design offices and suppliers to resolve complex problems. On-site support and airline training are part of the role, with hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Airbus documentation (AMM/TSM/MPD).
• Experience in aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support.
• Familiarity with IFE systems (Panasonic Avionics, Thales InFlyt).
• Knowledge of Airbus in-service engineering and airworthiness processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical interface between Airbus and airline customers for IFE and connectivity systems.

Your Role

• Act as the primary technical interface between Airbus and airline customers for In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) and Connectivity systems.
• Provide timely and effective resolution of in-service technical issues related to IFE and connectivity systems.
• Analyze and respond to customer technical queries using Airbus maintenance and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with Airbus design offices, suppliers, and program teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Support Entry-Into-Service (EIS) activities, including on-site support and training for airline personnel.

Your Profile

• Strong understanding of Airbus technical documentation, including:
  • AMM (Aircraft Maintenance Manual)
  • TSM (Troubleshooting Manual)
  • MPD (Maintenance Planning Document)
• Familiarity with Airbus in-service engineering and airworthiness processes.
• Experience in aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support activities.
• Experience in base maintenance or aircraft modification programs is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of IFE systems such as:
  • Panasonic Avionics
  • Thales InFlyt Experience
• Knowledge of connectivity technologies, including:
  • SATCOM GX Systems
  • GSM Connectivity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
