Job summary

Fps Innovation Labs is seeking an analyst for KYC/compliance and fraud monitoring in Pune (Kalyani Nagar). The role focuses on understanding customer profiles, auditing transactions, and safeguarding against fraud while handling US-process shifts. Office-based work with top-up incentives and a strong growth path.

You'll support identity verification, AML checks, and data gathering for risk mitigation. The position requires a graduate with 1+ years in International BPO or related fields and

Qualifications

• Graduate with bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years experience in international BPO voice/customer support (Fraud Analytics, AML, KYC, Banking, Credit Cards, Billing, or Insurance).
• Up to 2 years career gap allowed (subject to evaluation).
• Excellent spoken English communication skills.
• Candidates residing in Pune preferred (Work from office).

Responsibilities

• Review transactions and all available information to understand our customers while respecting all identities.
• Make customer-centric decisions and take the path of least resistance to protect our customers.
• Observe customer transactions to identify fraudulent activities such as account takeovers, friendly fraud, theft, and other similar risks.
• Identify suspicious activities and unusual patterns that could result in fraud, including AML issues and activities reported by other staff members.
• Take inbound and outbound calls to request additional documents for KYC, compliance, and/or to mitigate risk behaviors.
