FPS Innovation Labs in Pune is seeking a Fraud Prevention Analyst to review customer transactions, detect fraud, and protect users while ensuring compliance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of AML/KYC experience, plus 1 year of international BPO exposure.

Candidates should be ready for onsite work at Kalyaninagar, Pune. The incumbent will handle KYC/document requests, work in a 5-day roster with 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM shifts, and receive incentives for performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's graduation mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year Fraud Prevention / AML / KYC experience.
• Minimum 1 year international BPO experience (Voice/Chat/Email).
• Decent communication skills.
• Max 6 months gap allowed.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Willing to work onsite at Kalyaninagar, Pune.

Responsabilités

• Take inbound and outbound calls to request additional documents for KYC/compliance and risk mitigation.

• Observe customer transactions to identify fraudulent activities such as account takeovers, friendly fraud, theft, and other similar risks.
• Identify suspicious activities and unusual patterns that could result in fraud, including, but not limited to, AML issues and activities reported by other staff members.
• Take inbound and outbound calls to request additional documents for KYC, compliance, and/or to mitigate risk behaviors.
