FPS Innovation Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a fraud prevention specialist to review customer transactions and detect fraudulent activity. The role emphasizes customer-centric risk decisions and proactive risk mitigation within a dynamic BPO environment in Pune.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in fraud prevention or AML/KYC, solid communication skills, and be ready for immediate joining with minimal employment gaps.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or graduate status is required.
• At least 1 year in Fraud Prevention, AML/KYC, or related banking/insurance domains.
• Good communication skills and ability to handle international voice/chat/email
• Max 6 months employment gap; immediate joiners preferred; Pune locality advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Review transactions to understand customers while preserving identities.
• Make customer-centric risk decisions and protect customers’ interests.
• Observe transactions to detect fraud, including account takeovers and theft.
• Identify suspicious activity and AML-related risks reported by staff.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls to collect documents for KYC/compliance

Role & responsibilities

• Review transactions and all available information to understand our customers while respecting all identities.
• Make customer-centric decisions and take the path of least resistance to protect our customers.
• Observe customer transactions to identify fraudulent activities such as account takeovers, friendly fraud, theft, and other similar risks.
• Identify suspicious activities and unusual patterns that could result in fraud, including, but not limited to, AML issues and activities reported by other staff members.
• Take inbound and outbound calls to request additional documents for KYC, compliance, and/or to mitigate risk behaviors.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's graduate
• At least 1 year of experience in Fraud Prevention, AML/KYC, Financial Voice, Banking, Credit Card, Billing, Insurance, etc, and International BPO Voice/Chat/Email
• Decent communication skills
• Maximum 6 months employment gap
• Immediate joiners; local to Pune preferred
