Job summary

Fps Innovation Labs in Pune (Kalyani Nagar) is seeking a Fraud Prevention/AML/KYC professional to review transactions, understand customers, and support risk mitigation. The role requires handling customer data with integrity while protecting clients and complying with regulations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in fraud prevention/AML/KYC and 1 year international BPO experience (voice/chat/email), with strong communication skills and willingness to work onsite in Kalyani Nagar.

Qualifications

• Degree required: Bachelor00s degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year in Fraud Prevention/AML/KYC.
• Minimum 1 year in international BPO (Voice/Chat/Email).
• Good communication skills.
• Max 6 months employment gap allowed.

• Make customer-centric decisions and take the path of least resistance to protect our customers.
• Observe customer transactions to identify fraudulent activities such as account takeovers, friendly fraud, theft, and other similar risks.
• Identify suspicious activities and unusual patterns that could result in fraud, including AML issues and activities reported by other staff members.
• Take inbound and outbound calls to request additional documents for KYC, compliance, and/or to mitigate risk behaviors.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's graduation mandatory


• At least 1 year Fraud Prevention / AML / KYC experience


• At least 1 year international BPO experience (Voice/Chat/Email)


• Decent communication Skills


• Max 6 months gap allowed


• Immediate joiners preferred


• Willing to work onsite at Kalyaninagar, Pune
