Job summary

Full Potential Solutions (FPS) is seeking a vigilant fraud analytics specialist to review transactions and protect customers. You will examine patterns in real-time, request documents for KYC/compliance, and act on risks identified during customer interactions.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in International BPO Voice with strong English communication and a Bachelor's degree. Pune-based work from office is preferred and incentives are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate (Bachelor's degree) is required.
• 1+ years of experience in International BPO Voice (Fraud Analytics, AML, KYC, Banking, Credit Cards, Billing, or Insurance).
• Up to 2 years career gap allowed (subject to evaluation).
• Excellent spoken English communication skills.
• Candidates residing in Pune preferred (Work from office).

• Make customer-centric decisions and take the path of least resistance to protect our customers.
• Observe customer transactions to identify fraudulent activities such as account takeovers, friendly fraud, theft, and other similar risks.
• Identify suspicious activities and unusual patterns that could result in fraud, including, but not limited to, AML issues and activities reported by other staff members.
• Take inbound and outbound calls to request additional documents for KYC, compliance, and/or to mitigate risk behaviors.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate (Bachelor's degree required)
• 1+ years of experience in International BPO Voice (Fraud Analytics, AML, KYC, Banking, Credit Cards, Billing, or Insurance)
