Job summary

Blue Star is seeking a result-oriented AMC contract executive to validate data for CBO expiry, support retention of AMC customers and warranty conversions, and submit proposals.

The role involves negotiating and finalizing AMC contracts, obtaining approvals, issuing work orders, invoicing, and following up on payments while regularly visiting customers and tender participation to explore new AMC opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Validating the data of CBO expiry list for retention of AMC customers and warranty conversions, and submitting proposals.
• Negotiating and finalizing the AMC contract, taking AH/RH approvals as required, and collecting payments.
• Sending validation to CBO for contract activation and issuing work orders to associates with invoice generation.
• Submitting invoices as per TOP, payment follow-up and collections.
• Making PR visits and calls on a regular basis.
• Identifying and sending proposals to PEP customers by understanding their needs.
• Attending tenders for new AMC opportunities.
