Job summary

2coms in Hyderabad and other locations seeks an Executive/Senior Executive – AMC Sales & Service to manage after-sales support, AMC and spares sales, and service coordination. You will handle warranty and non-warranty calls, resolve complaints, and coordinate with service partners.

You will drive AMC and spares sales through lead follow-ups and techno-commercial discussions, while maintaining service records in CRM, SAP and MS Office. Travel as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in After Sales Service, AMC Sales, Service Engineering, Technical Support, or related fields.
• Strong exposure to AMC Sales, Spares Sales, and Customer Handling preferred.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, site handling, service processes, and RCA.
• Good communication, negotiation, and techno-commercial skills.
• Working knowledge of CRM, SAP, and MS Office is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage service, warranty, and non-warranty calls and ensure timely closure.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
• Drive AMC and spares sales, including lead generation, follow-ups, conversion, and order closure.
• Coordinate with service partners and authorized installation contractors.
• Support installation, troubleshooting, and spares selection.
• Conduct basic product awareness and technical training.
• Monitor service/project status and provide timely updates.
• Support customer meetings and techno-commercial discussions.
• Maintain service records using CRM, SAP, and MS Office.
• Identify service issues and support process improvements.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and effective relationship management.
