Job summary

Blue Star is seeking a qualified professional to manage AMC-related quoting, contract finalization, invoicing, and customer engagement. The role focuses on validating expiry data, coordinating with CBO, and ensuring timely payment collection.

The candidate will handle Tender participation, proposals to customers, and regular PR visits to identify new opportunities within AMC and warranty conversions.

Responsibilities

• Validating the data of CBO expiry list for retention of AMC customers and warranty conversion, Submission of proposal to customers
• Negotiating and finalizing the AMC contract, taking approval from AH /RH if required. Collecting the order. Submission of proforma Invoice and collect the payment.
• Sending validation to CBO for contract activation, close monitoring with CBO for contract activation, issuing work order to associates and invoice generation.
• Submission of Invoice as per TOP. Payment follow-up and collecting payments
• Making PR visits and calls on regular basis
• Identifying and sending proposal to PEP customers by understanding the their needs
• Attending tenders for new AMC
