Job summary

Conversehr Business Solutions is seeking an AMC/Service Coordination professional to plan preventive maintenance visits, coordinate service calls, and monitor SLA adherence. The role involves managing AMC agreements, renewal activities, and collaboration with finance for invoicing and collections.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in AMC coordination or related fields, with experience in ERP/CRM systems and MS Excel for MIS reporting and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Engineering preferred).
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Fire & Safety, or related fields will be an advantage.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in AMC Coordination, Service Coordination, Maintenance Operations, or Customer Support functions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance visits as per AMC commitments.
• Coordinate service calls, engineer assignments, and maintenance activities.
• Track service response and closure timelines to ensure SLA compliance.
• Communicate with customers regarding service schedules, updates, and issue resolution.
• Monitor AMC expiry dates and support renewal activities.
• Maintain AMC agreements, service reports, and customer documentation.
• Coordinate invoicing, payment follow-ups, and collection status with finance teams.
• Prepare MIS reports, service dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Coordinate spare parts and resource availability for maintenance activities.
