Job Summary:
We are hiring an AMC / Project Coordinator responsible for overseeing annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and coordinating ongoing project execution in fire safety, IBMS, and ELV systems. The role involves close coordination with clients, service teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, system upgrades, and project support activities.
Education & Experience
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation
Experience in handling AMC coordination for:
- CCTV, Access Control, IBMS & Rodent Repellent Systems
Exposure to sectors like data centers, hospitals, high-rise buildings, malls, and
Responsibilities
- AMC & Maintenance Coordination: Prepare and manage preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules for fire and safety systems. Coordinate site visits and ensure service teams are deployed as per AMC timelines. Track and log service calls, resolutions, and performance metrics. Ensure timely renewal and execution of AMC contracts.
- Project Execution Support: Support project teams during new installations, retrofits, and commissioning. Assist with coordination of materials, subcontractors, and installation activities. Track work progress and generate daily/weekly MIS reports for ongoing sites. Follow up on punch lists, snag closures, and project handovers. Act as the primary point of contact for AMC clients for service-related issues. Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and third-party agencies for material/service delivery. Provide periodic updates, reports, and dashboards to clients and internal management.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain service records, call reports, equipment logs, and AMC documentation. Compile project documentation such as daily progress reports, work completion certificates, and billing logs. Track and document customer feedback and service satisfaction. Coordinate with accounts team to ensure timely billing and revenue tracking. Track service team timesheets, material consumption, and additional billing items. Prepare AMC status reports and performance reviews.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all AMC and project activities are carried out as per applicable standards and safety protocols. Monitor adherence to NFPA, NBC, IS standards during maintenance and installations. Conduct random audits and checklists to ensure service quality.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Fire & Safety systems: FA, PA, HSSD, Water Curtain, Sprinklers, Gas Suppression, CCTV, Access Control, WLD, IBMS
- Excellent coordination and client handling skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, project tracking tools, and documentation management
- Familiarity with AMC processes, SLAs, and compliance requirements
- Effective communication, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and basic project drawings is a plus
