Ayka Communication is hiring for Amazon Process as Customer Service Executive. Fresher can apply. Work From Office with 6 days working and rotational offs. Salary 3 Lakh to 6 Lakh CTC. Hindi & English communication mandatory.

Roles include handling premium voice/chat customer service for our telecom partner, with grads and relevant experience preferred. Shifts are rotational, travel may be required, Sundays off not fixed.

Qualifications

• Graduate with relevant experience (Chat/Voice Customer service exp)
• Willing to work in any shift with rotational shifts
• Six days working with rotational offs
• Comfortable traveling and Sundays may not be fixed off

Responsibilities

• This is a premium voice process for enterprise telecom partner (Customer Service)
• Handle chat/voice customer service for Amazon process
• Support customers in English and Hindi
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekends
