Job summary

Myntra is hiring for a Customer Service Executive to support our enterprise telecom partner through voice and chat channels. The role is blended, with work from office in India; candidates with or without prior experience are invited to apply.

Salary ranges from 3 Lakh to 6 Lakh CTC and requires Hindi and English communication. Rotational shifts and six-day work weeks are standard, with rotating off days.

Qualifications

• Graduate with relevant experience in chat/voice customer service (mandatory)
• Fresher can apply (contradictory note in ad; include as stated)
• Language: Hindi & English communication required

Responsibilities

• This is a premium Voice/Chat process for enterprise business of telecom partner (Customer Service).
• Rotational shifts with 6 working days per week and rotating offs.
• Willingness to travel and work even when Sundays are not fixed offs.
