Ayka Communication in India is hiring for the role of Customer Service Executive (Chat/Voice Process) to support Amazon Process operations. Fresher may apply with language proficiency in Hindi and English.

The position requires work from office, six days per week, and rotational offs, with shifts that may include weekends and travel needs for some candidates. Salary ranges from 3 Lakh CTC to 6 Lakh CTC, with both fresher and experienced candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduation with relevant experience in chat/voice customer service.
• Experience in enterprise-level premium voice/chat process is preferred.
• Fresher can apply with appropriate communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle premium voice/chat support for an enterprise telecom partner.
• Provide customer service via chat and voice channels.
• Adapt to rotational shifts and 6-day work weeks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
• Maintain professional conduct and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Flexible to work in any shift Rotational .
• Working days 6 days working
• Candidate should be Ok with Rotational Offs. Ok with travelling on their own and should be ok even if Sunday is not a fixed Off / Week off.
