Ayka Communication in Kolkata is seeking a Customer Service Executive for Chat/Voice support. Freshers can apply; the role involves handling premium voice/chat processes for our telecom partner and requires strong Hindi and English communication.

The position is office-based with 6 days/week, rotational offs, and 24/7 rotational shifts. Salary ranges from 3 Lacks CTC to 6 Lacks CTC, with growth opportunities and travel as needed.

• Fresher may apply and graduates with relevant experience in chat/voice support are preferred.
• Must have good Hindi and English communication skills.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts and travel if required.
