Job summary

Mphasis is seeking an experienced Amazon Connect specialist to design and implement contact flows, leveraging AWS Lambda (Python/Java/Node.js) and integrating with external APIs such as JPMC. The role involves Lex-based chatbot capabilities, Bedrock services, and cutting-edge LLMs (Nova, Claude, OpenAI).

Five to twelve years of hands-on AWS/cloud experience, plus containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, is preferred.
