Job summary

V2 Solutions in Hyderabad seeks an experienced technology consultant to drive cloud operations projects. You will deploy Amazon Connect solutions, integrate with Python/Lambda/JSON, and leverage AWS services to build scalable customer contact workflows.

Translate business needs into technical designs, collaborate in agile teams, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Docker. Strong AWS experience and scripting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of technology consulting experience, focused on cloud operations.
• 3-4 years hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and related AWS services.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing Amazon Connect contact flows integrated with Python, Lambda, and JSON.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS services, including AWS Connect, Lex, Polly, Lambda, CloudWatch, Kinesis, Glue, S3, Redshift, SNS, and SQS.
• Solid scripting skills in Python; ability to write SQL queries and perform string analysis.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and techniques, including GitHub, CI/CD, and Docker.
• Experience with agile/iterative methodologies for implementing cloud projects.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective technical designs.
• Good understanding of end-to-end project delivery methodologies for cloud projects.
