Job summary

V2 Solutions is seeking a seasoned software architect/developer with 4-10 years of experience in Amazon Connect and contact center ecosystems. The role requires hands-on expertise in AC flows, Lex chatbots, Lambda functions, and building API services in Java or Node.js within AWS.

The ideal candidate will have strong Spring/Maven/Hibernate knowledge, experience with MySQL/SQL Server/DB2/RDS, and a broad programming background (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP) to design scalable cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-10 years of experience with Amazon Connect.
• Strong experience in contact center development.
• Experience in creating AC flows, Lex chatbots and Lambda functions.
• Architect level in Java / Node.js with knowledge of AWS environments and API design (Rest and SOAP).
• Knowledge of AWS Lambda services and familiarity with AWS ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Spring, Maven and Hibernate.
• Knowledge of databases like MySQL, SQL Server or DB2/RDS.
• Development experience in Java, C#, Node.js, Python, or PHP.
