Job summary

Deloitte Consulting in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced technology consultant focused on cloud operations to join our AWS-enabled delivery teams.

The role requires hands-on Amazon Connect, AWS services, Python, and DevOps practices to design and implement scalable contact flows and pipelines. You will translate business requirements into technical designs and contribute to end-to-end cloud project delivery.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of technology consulting experience, focus on cloud operations.
• 3-4 years hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services.
• Designing Amazon Connect contact flows integrated with Python, Lambda, and JSON.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services including Connect, Lex, Polly, Lambda, CloudWatch, Kinesis, Glue, S3, Redshift, SNS, and SQS.
• Solid Python scripting with SQL queries and string analysis.
• Familiar with GitHub, CI/CD, and Docker in DevOps.
• Experience with agile methodologies for cloud projects.
• Translate business and technical requirements into designs.
• Understanding end-to-end cloud project delivery.
• General knowledge of cloud computing trends.
• CI/CD/DevOps pipelines experience is a plus.

• Minimum of 3-4 years of hands‑on experience with Amazon Connect and related AWS services.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing Amazon Connect contact flows integrated with Python, Lambda, and JSON.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS services, including but not limited to: AWS Connect, Lex, Polly, Lambda, CloudWatch, Kinesis, Glue, S3, Redshift, SNS, and SQS.
• Solid scripting skills in Python, with the ability to write SQL queries and perform string analysis.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and techniques, including GitHub, CI/CD, and Docker.
• Experience with agile/iterative methodologies for implementing cloud projects.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective technical designs.
• Good understanding of end‑to‑end project delivery methodologies for cloud projects.
• General knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current trends.
• Experience working on CI/CD/DevOps pipelines is a plus.
