Responsibilities

• Lead concrete mix design development and optimization.
• Conduct lab and field testing with slump, compressive strength, durability tests.
• Provide on-site technical support during concrete placement and shotcreting operations.
• Prepare technical reports, mix design docs, and quality records; support audits.
• Train plant and site personnel on best concrete practices and assist R&D.
