Job summary

Normet seeks a Global Technical Training Specialist to join our CoE Jaipur. You will develop and maintain training materials, support global product training, and drive documentation and process improvements.

The role involves international travel and collaboration with R&D, production, and service centers to ensure training excellence. The ideal candidate has a engineering degree, 10+ years in mining or equipment, strong technical background and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in engineering is required.
• 10+ years of experience in mining and/or equipment.
• Strong technical background in underground products and technologies.
• Experience working with global teams is preferred.
• Fluent English written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and update training instructions and materials.
• Handle documentation and development of training processes.
• Provide global training support for Jaipur-produced products.
• Travel internationally to deliver training and on-site support.

This role involves setting up advanced training equipment and processes. The Global Training Specialist will be responsible for product training, material creation and upkeep, as well as documentation and development of training processes.
