Job summary

Ola Electric is seeking a Non-Tech Talent Acquisition professional with 2-6 years of experience to lead mid-to-senior and leadership hiring across Finance, Marketing, Legal and Leadership domains. You will partner with CXOs, manage executive search firms, and own end-to-end hiring from sourcing to offer closure.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive recruitment metrics with senior leadership in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of non-tech TA experience in hiring across multiple functions.
• Experience working with executive search firms and internal mandates.
• Strong communication and CXO stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring, including sourcing, interview coordination, and offer closure.
• Manage mid-to-senior and leadership hiring across Finance, Marketing, Legal and leadership.
