Job summary

Aspire Management Solutions in Kurkumbh invites applications for an AM-Process Engineering & Scale up-Design role. You will translate conceptual designs into detailed engineering for brownfield and greenfield projects, lead basic and detailed engineering, and coordinate with R&D, QA, and Projects.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in distillation, reactors, equipment sizing, and BEP/DEP, plus PFD/PID and safety studies; 6 days work week; interviews via VC and in person.

Qualifications

• Need strong design and detailed engineering skills for brownfield and greenfield projects.
• Proficient in distillation (batch and continuous) and reactor design; equipment sizing.
• Experience with BEP, DEP, PFD, and P&ID preparation; involvement in hazop studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead basic and detailed engineering from concept to commissioning for Brown field & Green field projects.
• Apply technical knowledge on distillation, reactors, impellers and their design.
• Prepare/review BEP/DEP, PFD/BFD, Cycle Time Analysis; ensure safety and process integrity.

Purpose of the Job/Job Mission

• Translate Conceptual Designs into Detailed Engineering for Brown field & Green field projects
• Ensure Technical Accuracy and Completeness in detailed engg and core equipment design
• Coordination with Multidisciplinary Teams such as R&D, Projects, QA
• Process Safety and Risk Management
• Guide juniors for equipment design such as Reactors, distillation columns, FFEs etc

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Lead the basic and detailed engineering from concept to commissioning for Brown field & Green field projects Measurement
• Through technical knowledge on distillation (Batch and Continuous), Reactors, impellers, and their design
• Preparation/review of BEP and DEP (Material Balance, Energy Balance, BFD, PFD, Cycle Time Analysis etc.)
• Calculation for Utilities, Peak Loads, Pipe/Pump sizing, Equipment capacity, and other accessories capacity/load/size
• Preparation/review of P&ID for reactor section, distillation section, utility section
• Preparation/review of electrical load list, cause and effect, control philosophy
• Preparation/review of PDS for Pump, Tank, Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessel, SRV, RD
• Preparation/review of IPDS for level transmitter, pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, control valve etc
• Participating in hazop study for the new process
• Equipment/Instrument Selection, Vendor Evaluation
