Job summary

Crown Hr Services seeks a process design engineer in India to lead the design, engineering and commissioning of chemical and batch plants. You will develop PFDs/P&IDs, perform process calculations, and size equipment and utilities for efficient operation.

You will also contribute to DCS philosophy, interlocks, PSV, and hydraulic calculations, plus scale-up, technology transfer, HAZOP/PSSR, FAT/SAT and start-up readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting CAPEX/OPEX, SOPs and commissioning manuals.
• Ability to coordinate with Mechanical, Piping, Civil, Electrical and Instrumentation teams.
• Strong chemical/petrochemical process know-how with emphasis on EHS.

Responsibilities
