UML - Alloy Wheel 4W at Bawal, Haryana, India seeks a seasoned Maintenance Engineer with 10+ years in machine shop maintenance, preferably in the auto components sector. You will oversee coordination with Production for line maintenance, execute preventive maintenance plans, and drive TPM initiatives.

Key focus areas include maintenance of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, root cause analysis, energy cost optimization, and safety adherence.

Formación

Experience 10+ years in machine shop maintenance, preferably in auto components/auto sector.
Diploma or Bachelor degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate with Production for Assy line (jigs/fixture/gauges) maintenance.
Obtain approval from Quality as per System after maintenance (Prev and B/down).
Perform Preventive Maintenance as per plan.
Implement/HD of past learnings/PokayoKe in all existing lines/SPMs etc.
Carry out routine maintenance work, preventive maintenance and respond to equipment faults.
Ensure routine calibration and maintenance of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of lines/equipment.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities.
Handle breakdowns, reduce MTTR.
Conduct root cause analysis and corrective maintenance and energy cost reduction.
Participate in spare part planning, maintenance optimization and energy cost reduction.
Actively participate to ensure Safety, 5S, Kaizen culture and TPM implementation.
