Job summary

FABINDIA LIMITED is seeking a skilled MIS and reporting professional to manage stock, order fulfillment, and performance dashboards across stores, online channels, franchisees, and exports. The role focuses on ensuring season stock availability, tracking inbound and outbound movements, and collaborating with Planning, IT, and channel partners to resolve gaps.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate from a good college.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP BW and related retail software.
• 5-6 years experience in reporting and MIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide season stock buy vs delivery status visibility to all channel holders including stores, online, franchisees and exports.
• Ensure season stock orders are fulfilled by creating SO at warehouse inward.
• Maintain records of franchisee order fulfillment and highlight gaps with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Planning to correct stock holdings for excess/deficit stock.
• Develop and share reports and dashboards on sales, stock, sell-through and liquidation.
• Publish and maintain OTIF and OFR trackers for seasonal and perennial merchandise.

Job description

Provide season stock buy vs delivery status visibility to all channel holders - Store , Online , Franchisee and Exports

Ensuring Season's stock order fulfillment of Franchisee stores by creating SO to relevant location on Inward at warehouse

Maintaining record of Franchisee order fulfillment ,highlighting gaps and collaborate with relevant stakeholder to ensure 100% fulfillment

Working with Planning team and Franchisee team for correction of stock holding in case of excess / deficit stock

Collaborate with Planning team for Online and exports order delivery in line with stock inwards at warehouse

Documentation, Reports & Analysis

Develop, maintain and share reports and dashboards with all stake holders basis business requirement (i.e. Sale , Stock, Sell thru , Liquidation )

Analyse data to provide insight and support business decisions

Maintain and update data repository with accurate and timely information

Buy Consolidation and tracker maintenance

Maintain , consolidate and share Key business tracker on forward buys and delivery status with team members, key stake holders and management

Collaborate with supply chain team on production status and update delivery tracker

Publish and maintain OTIF and OFR trackers for seasonal and perennial merchandise

Collaboration with Stakeholders and team members

Collaborate with IT team for SAP or data warehousing platform concerns

Collaborating with Buying and Planning team for forward buy plans and order fulfillment , highlight gaps and advise corrective actions

Working with supply chain team for production status and OFR /OTIF report compilation

Working with Channel partners and resolving concern/issue regarding stock fulfillment

Educational Qualification:

Graduate/Post Graduate from a good college

Knowledge Required:

Technical Skills

Profiency in MS Office and data visualization tools

Experience with ERP system SAP , BW and other software tool used for Retail

Should have 5-6 years experience in reporting and MIS
