Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Alliance Management or related fields.
• Experience with global partnerships in biotech, biosimilars, or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and quality standards in biotech.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners, customers in existing markets.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, legal, and regulatory affairs to drive initiatives.
• Conduct financial assessments, forecasting and budgeting for opportunities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Coordinate alliance execution across R&D, manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Legal, and Commercial functions.
• Align internal teams and external partners on milestones and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory, operational, and commercial risks.
• Oversee tender management and launch planning activities.

JD for Alliance Manager:

• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, customers, in existing markets.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure that all business development activities comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal departments, including R&D, manufacturing, legal, and regulatory affairs, to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial assessments, including forecasting, budgeting, to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of potential business opportunities.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders to update them on business development progress and results.
• Drive alliance execution across R&D, CMC, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics , Legal, and Commercial functions.
• Align internal teams and external partners on milestones, priorities, and deliverables.
• Proactively identify and mitigate operational, regulatory, and commercial risks.
• Strong experience and knowledge of regulations, commercial functioning in EU, Latam, MENA and APAC.
• Tender management.
• Planning and coordination of launch activities.
• 5-7 years of experience in Alliance Management, Business Development, Program Management, or Strategic Partnerships within biotech, biosimilars, or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong exposure to global partnerships, preferably in biosimilars or complex biologics.
