Job summary

Biocon Biologics is seeking an experienced professional to lead tender planning and data-driven decision support. The role focuses on aligning processes for tender approvals, building dashboards, and analyzing pricing and competition trends to drive strategic decisions.

The candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage data integrity, and contribute to forecasting and optimization of tender strategies for global markets.

Qualifications

• MBA in Pharmaceutical Management or related field.
• 6+ years of Pharma/Biopharma experience.
• Experience in planning/strategy is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure process and approvals alignment for tender participation
• Drive process and ensure compliance for tender participation in a timely fashion
• Ensure capturing qualitative and quantitative data in coordination with the team
• Proactively build readiness for major must-win tenders
• Identify external sources of data for cross-referencing and validation of information
• Develop comprehensive dashboards for monthly and quarterly reviews
• Build analytics focusing on comparison vs. Budget, across time periods to evaluate trends in Pricing, Volume, Competition etc.
• Develop a knowledge bank of information to be utilized for Negotiation with internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze syndicated and published data sources to understand pricing trends and impact of competition
• Ensure tender demand is well represented in IBP and align on prioritization for supply mapping in-line with the profitability requirements for EM
• Good communication & people skills, Ownership, Accountability and Broad-minded
