Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a data-driven MarTech specialist to design and implement marketing technology solutions, including Adobe Experience Platform and Journey Optimizer, while aligning data models with campaign goals.

You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver personalized customer journeys and drive marketing growth in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for independent interaction with clients.
• Experience in implementing MarTech platforms (Adobe/SFDC) including AEP and AJO.
• Strong database expertise with SQL, Oracle or Teradata.
• Experience designing marketing databases with querying, joins, indexing, and aggregations.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, PHP and HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with XDM and aligning data models to campaign objectives.
• Ability to create business rules for personalized customer journeys.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business and tech stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and translate requirements into Martech solutions.
• Design and implement marketing technology with a focus on AEP and AJO.
• Work with SQL/Oracle/Teradata to build and optimize data models.
• Develop marketing databases and ensure data quality and accessibility.
• Code using JavaScript/Python and ensure HTML/CSS compatibility.
• Align data models like XDM with campaign goals and personalization.
• Advocate best practices and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver projects.

What you'll be doing

• Good Communication Skills: Ability to interact with customers independently with strong articulation, confidence, and presentation skills.
• Digital marketing experience with MarTech platform implementations (Adobe/SFDC), including solution design and implementation, specifically Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Strong database expertise in SQL, Oracle, Teradata, or similar technologies.
• Experience in marketing database design, including querying, aggregations, filters, joins, key definitions, and indexing.
• Logical programming knowledge using JavaScript, Python, PHP, or similar technologies, along with proficiency in HTML/CSS.
• Ability to understand complex data models, preferably XDM (Experience Data Model), and align them with marketing campaign objectives.
• Familiarity with creating business rules and conditional logic to personalize customer journeys based on customer attributes and behaviors.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process and solution improvements and advocate best practices.
• Strong collaboration skills with business and technology stakeholders across the organization.
• Excellent implementation coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
