Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a marketing-technology professional to design and execute growth systems for enterprise clients. You will work with Adobe Experience Platform and Journey Optimizer, model data, and drive SQL-driven campaigns to connect strategy to execution.

Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders, you will optimize data flows, personalize journeys, and help brands transform marketing operations across markets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

• Good Communication Skills: Ability to interact with customers independently with strong articulation, confidence, and presentation skills.
• Digital marketing experience with MarTech platform implementations (Adobe/SFDC), including solution design and implementation, specifically Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Strong database expertise in SQL, Oracle, Teradata, or similar technologies.
• Experience in marketing database design, including querying, aggregations, filters, joins, key definitions, and indexing.
• Logical programming knowledge using JavaScript, Python, PHP, or similar technologies, along with proficiency in HTML/CSS.
• Ability to understand complex data models, preferably XDM (Experience Data Model), and align them with marketing campaign objectives .
• Familiarity with creating business rules and conditional logic to personalize customer journeys based on customer attributes and behaviors.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process and solution improvements and advocate best practices.
• Strong collaboration skills with business and technology stakeholders across the organization.
• Excellent implementation coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
