Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a skilled Adobe Campaign specialist to design and implement multi‑channel marketing campaigns across email, push, SMS, and direct mail. You will work with REST/SOAP APIs, data pipelines, and personalized content to drive growth for global brands.

The role requires strong SQL, data modelling, and customer-facing communication to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Adobe Campaign implementation experience across Classic or Standard.
• Campaign channels: email, push, SMS, and direct mail delivery.
• Personalization fields, content blocks, dynamic content and A/B testing.
• APIs: REST and SOAP, JSON/XML payloads, OAuth and webhooks.
• SQL and ETL: joins, aggregates, performance tuning, data ingestion and transformation.
• Relational schemas design and multi-channel marketing data modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead Adobe Campaign implementation and delivery workflows.
• Configure channels, set up delivery schedules, and monitor deliverability.
• Design and test personalization blocks and dynamic content.
• Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs, validate payloads and auth flows.
• Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes for marketing databases.
• Collaborate with customers to explain technical concepts and gather requirements.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

What we want from you

• Adobe Campaign implementation: Strong hands‑on experience with AdobeCampaign Classic orAdobe Campaign Standard, including campaign management, technical andmarketing workflows,delivery management, schemas, resources, personalization blocks, typologyrules, campaigntemplates, input forms, landing pages, and subscriptions.
• Campaign channels and delivery: Experience delivering campaigns acrossemail, push, SMS, anddirect mail, including channel configuration, delivery setup, tracking, recurringdeliveries, triggereddeliveries, transactional messaging, throughput, throttling, and deliverabilitymanagement.
• Personalization and testing: Hands‑on experience with personalizationfields, content blocks,dynamic and conditional content, personalization scripts, links, mirror pages,seed addresses, proofs,and A/B testing.
• APIs and integrations: Experience building and consuming REST and SOAPAPIs, working with JSONand XML payloads, OAuth and authentication patterns, webhooks, AdobeCampaign APIs, and testingtools such as Postman.
• SQL and data engineering: Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregates, filters, keys, indexes, and performance tuning. Hands‑on experience designing, building, and optimizing data ingestion,transformation, and ETL pipelines.
• Data modelling: Ability to design relational schemas, normalize data models, and structure marketingdatabases for multi‑channel campaign use cases.
• Customer communication: Strong communication skills with the ability tointeract independentlywith customers, explain technical concepts clearly, and align.
